Welcome to Qi Pathway. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Qi Pathway mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Qi Pathway is a professional training and support platform for qualified acupuncturists and students in recognized Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture programs.

The platform provides:
Educational resources on acupuncture and TCM theories. Professional training support to enhance practice skills.
Guidance and ideas for treatment approaches based on TCM principles.

 Qi Pathway does NOT provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or patient-specific prescriptions. It is intended for practitioners and students to supplement their professional training and knowledge.

To use Qi Pathway, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Hold a recognized TCM or acupuncture qualification, or be enrolled in an accredited acupuncture/TCM training program.
Provide accurate and verifiable details during registration.

We reserve the right to request proof of certification or student status and to suspend or terminate accounts if credentials cannot be verified.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you via the app, email, or other means. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately at admin@qipathway.co.uk if you suspect unauthorized account access.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

Qi Pathway is an educational and professional resource for acupuncturists and TCM students. The information provided:

• Is NOT medical treatment, advice, or diagnosis.
• Is NOT a substitute for hands-on acupuncture training, clinical experience, or regulatory requirements.
• Should only be used alongside professional qualifications, experience, and clinical reasoning.

By using Qi Pathway, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for applying your own professional expertise when considering treatment ideas.
• All treatments should be based on full patient evaluation and clinical reasoning.
• Any use of the information must comply with local acupuncture regulations and professional standards.

We do not assume liability for how the information is applied in clinical settings.

Certain features of Qi Pathway require a paid subscription or one-time payment, which is processed securely through Stripe.

By subscribing or purchasing, you agree that:

• Payments are processed through Stripe, and transactions are subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
• Prices and fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may not be available after payment is processed.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until the issue is resolved.

Your use of Qi Pathway is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

As a UK-based service, we comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 regulations.

All content on Qi Pathway, including text, graphics, videos, and software, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
• Use our branding, trademarks, or logos without authorization.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services, including educational resources and Stripe payment processing. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Provide false credentials or fraudulent information.
• Violate these Terms or engage in unethical acupuncture practices.
• Use the Service for illegal, abusive, or misleading activities.

If your account is terminated, you may lose access to paid features without refund.

 The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of content.
We are not responsible for how users apply the information in their professional practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through:
1️⃣ Mediation or arbitration before legal action.
2️⃣ If necessary, legal proceedings will take place in UK courts.
